Counter fraud training

We have developed an integrated framework of professional counter-fraud qualifications and training unique to the private sector.  Our award winning programme leads the way in ensuring organisations fulfil their legal, regulatory and moral obligations in combating economic crime.

We offer a range of practical courses, leading to a professional qualification that is accredited by Teesside University and the Counter Fraud Professional Accreditation Board.  These deliver both the technical knowledge and the skills required to plan, manage and audit a successful investigation.

This module is for corporate sector investigators responsible for undertaking fraud investigations, both internally and for external clients.

It will develop participants’ legal expertise and skills and enable them to navigate the legal and regulatory framework surrounding fraud in the corporate sector.

The course is suitable for those involved in both field and desk-top investigations.

Credit fraud technician

Fraud awareness training

The first link in fraud training is our Fraud Awareness Programme that is designed for front-line operational staff who are not dedicated counter-fraud personnel but may encounter suspected fraud while performing their roles. This is tailored to meet the needs of staff working in an insurance claims environment where the effective detection of fraudulent claims competes with the pressures of delivering first class customer service.
