The contract will see Capita handle sales, fulfilment and claims handling for the products to be launched this week. And for the first time, it will provide cover for rabbits as well as cats and dogs.

Pets at Home will offer pet owners four different cover options for cats and dogs - two annual options and two lifetime options - from which they can choose to protect themselves and their pets against costs associated with vet fees, theft/straying, third party liability, overseas travel, death and locating pet minders.
