Capita Insurance Services has today announced the appointment of Max Pell as managing director of Capita Commercial Insurance Services.
Max joined Capita in 2004 having spent the previous four years at the Hiscox insurance company as operations director. Since joining Capita, Max has been responsible for a number of standalone trading businesses and large contracts in the insurance, health, legal and contact centre sectors. Max is a divisional board director of the Capita Group Plc.
In his new role, he will have responsibility for Capita Commercial Insurance Services’ strategic business development, managing and developing relationships with key institutions and market bodies. His areas of particular focus will include leveraging off Capita’s scale and blended onshore/offshore model to deliver significant cost savings and quality improvements to the London market.
