Capita achieves Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation certification

Capita has been certified as a partner of Blue Prism, a leading robotic process automation software company.

Blue Prism’s certification formally recognises Capita’s capabilities to deliver Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and a ‘digital workforce’, which it has been deploying across service transformation projects for public and private sector customers. RPA makes processes smarter, improves overall efficiencies and drives better customer experiences.

To achieve certification, Capita had to meet Blue Prism’s requirements to ensure employees are trained to help customers implement automation effectively with the use of Blue Prism’s RPA technology.
